We are working with West Yorkshire Playhouse to deliver a COMMON GROUND discussion exclusively aimed at artists based in Leeds and the surrounding areas who self-identify as working-class.

This initiative brings together artists in the working-class community to discuss the barriers they face when trying to build careers in UK theatre, and offer their suggestions towards opportunities which could be created to help artists across the country overcome these barriers.

This event is wheelchair-accessible, baby/child friendly and inclusive of working-class artists from intersectional backgrounds across race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, gender binaries and disabilities.
